I really want to work with you, but I am nervous. I don't yet have confidence and don't want to embarrass myself

I hear this a lot :) Firstly, I bet you are a better singer than you think you are! And secondly, I do not judge. I have been working as a coach for many years, I have heard it all! My fav thing in the world is the singing voice, so when I am listening, I am only listening for how I can help you

What can I expect from a lesson?

Our first lesson will consist of getting to know each other and talking through your goals. If pitch is difficult, this will be the first thing we will work on. Following lessons will look like: 1) warm-ups 2) Singing (a song of our choosing) 3) Feedback/learning vocal technique and foundation.

Can anyone learn to sing?

Absolutely. It does take work and practice, but with some training and some dedication you can improve a lot!

What do I need to get started?

1) Reliable internet connection, 2) A 2nd external device to play music from (phone, ipad, laptop), 3) Room temperature water, 4) A laptop that includes: a "Zoom" Account and downloaded, and a webcam 5) Please do not use a professional setup such as a microphone, 6) A song ready to sing

Do I need experience to take lessons?

No, all ages are welcome and experience is not required :)
