Missed Lesson/Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy

The full rate will be required for all lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. The full rate will also be required to schedule a new lesson. There are no refunds for missed or unused lessons.

Lessons canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, and the full payment may be applied to the new lesson time.

Full payment is due at the time of scheduling services.

Brooke Stephenson reserves the right to refuse and/or discontinue lessons with any student for any reason at her discretion.

All of my lessons are online through Zoom. I’ve been teaching Zoom singing lessons for years now and students have found great success this way :) As long as you have access to a laptop with a camera or FaceTime on your cell, we can adjust audio settings on your laptop, I’m able to hear just as clearly as in person.

Please note that our first lesson will consist of getting to know each other, learning about your goals and assessing what we can begin working on
