Missed Lesson/Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy​

• Lessons canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled before your 30 or 60 day package concludes.

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hour's notice will not qualify for a makeup lesson. There are no refunds for missed or unused lessons.

• Full payment is due at the time of scheduling services.

 

Additional Information​​​

• Package Expirations - All expiration dates are stated within the purchase package and the unused classes cannot be rolled over to a later date. At the end of a 1 month or 2 month package, any unused classes will terminate at their specified date.

• Please note that the first lesson will consist of getting to know each other, learning about your goals and assessing what we can begin working on.

• All packages are due the day of the last lesson in a previous package, regardless if you've completed your makeup lessons.

• Brooke Stephenson reserves the right to refuse and/or discontinue lessons with any student for any reason at her discretion.
